Anderson & Kreiger’s Real Estate Practice Continues to Grow

We are pleased to announce that Eliana Vivier has joined the firm as an associate attorney. She is a 2017 graduate of the University of Southern California Gould School of Law and a 2012 graduate of the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.

Eliana joins the firm after almost two years at Paul Hastings, where she was a real estate associate in their Los Angeles office, representing institutional investors, private equity funds, and developers in the acquisition, disposition, financing, and development of hotels, and commercial and industrial real estate throughout the United States.

Eliana joins an experienced real estate group at Anderson & Kreiger, focusing on complex real estate transactions that include acquisitions and dispositions, development and permitting, condominiums, leasing, and financing.  Managing Partner Dave Mackey said that “I’m thrilled that we lured Eliana here from Southern California to join our growing real estate practice.  I know she’ll immediately add depth to our practice and be an outstanding colleague”.
