Anderson & Kreiger’s Olympia “Libby” Bowker to speak at Appalachian Trail Conservancy’s Emerging Leaders’ Summit

Libby will be on the Northeast Regional Networking panel at Appalachian Trail Conservancy’s Emerging Leaders’ Summit on August 11, 2021, where she will talk about various environmental law matters that she has handled as an attorney and how she has been able to advocate for nature and climate justice through her work at the firm.

Libby is an Associate at Anderson & Kreiger, where she advises private and public sector clients on environmental, land use, zoning, permitting, and other regulatory matters.  She counsels clients on hazardous waste remediation and environmental permitting matters.  Libby recently represented a municipality in an ongoing salt-water estuary restoration project, including through project design and modification, permitting, and negotiations with abutters.
