Anderson & Kreiger Attorney, Colin Van Dyke, will be a Panelist at Upcoming ABA Environmental Fall Conference
The 27th Fall ABA Environmental, Energy and Resource Law Conference will be held in Boston from September 11-14th. Colin Van Dyke will be a panelist discussing ethical challenges surrounding working with scientists and other non-lawyer professionals. Colin and the other panelists will discuss the retention process, communications with non-lawyer professionals, and report preparation.
