Charles Fischette Joins Anderson & Kreiger

BOSTON, November 11, 2024 –Anderson & Kreiger LLP announces that Charles Fischette has joined the firm as Counsel.

Charles brings to Anderson & Kreiger deep experience in insurance coverage, complex litigation, and appellate law. Charles began his legal career in Washington, D.C. at a multinational firm litigating insurance coverage matters involving asbestos and environmental liabilities, first-party property coverage, directors and officers liability coverage, and professional and hospital liability coverage.

Charles joins A&K from CNA in Boston, where he was a member of the claims counsel group and specialized in coverage issues concerning environmental, medical professional liability, product liability, and mass tort claims.  He also served as a litigation attorney at the RiverStone Group in Manchester, NH, providing advice on long-tail coverage matters and overseeing a substantial litigation portfolio.

Charles has a law degree from the University of Viriginia School of Law, where he served as Articles Editor for the Virginia Law Review, and a bachelor’s degree from Swarthmore College.  After law school, Charles served as a law clerk to Chief Judge John M. Walker, Jr. on the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
