Overview

Carlos Rosende has rejoined Anderson & Kreiger in 2023 after graduating cum laude from Harvard Law School. During law school, he interned with the Massachusetts Senate, Office of Senate Counsel, and the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Massachusetts. Prior to attending law school, Carlos served in the United States Navy for more than nine years as a Surface Warfare Officer, including tours as a division officer aboard the USS Stethem and as an intelligence analyst at the Office of Naval Intelligence. In all his positions, he played a direct role in researching and analyzing legal topics, services, and policies in areas including space, federal criminal law and more. In addition, he has published several articles on naval history and naval policy in professional journals and magazines.

BEYOND THE OFFICE

Carlos lives in Worcester, MA with his wife, two young kids and dog. When he is not working, he enjoys hiking, fly fishing, and spending time with his family. He also is an Eagle Scout.
