Why We Display Our Pronouns

We strive to make Anderson & Kreiger an inclusive environment for all.  We support our attorneys’ and staff members’ choice to voluntarily display their pronouns in their email signatures and firm biographies because we welcome and celebrate all people of all gender identities.  We know incorrect pronoun usage can be harmful and oppressive to intersex, transgender, nonbinary, and gender-nonconforming people and we want to affirm every person’s gender identity.  In turn, we encourage you to let us know what your pronouns are.
