Anderson & Kreiger Adds Four Associates

Anderson & Kreiger is pleased to welcome Jameel Moore, Sean Grammel, Kristen Gagalis and Martell Johnson to our firm.  “With these talented lawyers on our team, we’re better positioned to help our clients. Jameel is an experienced attorney whose background in real estate acquisitions, contracts, and government procurement will benefit the firm’s private and public sector clients. Prior to joining the firm, Jameel practiced at the U.S. Department of the Interior, the Office of the Treasurer and Receiver General of Massachusetts, and the Massachusetts Department of Revenue. She received her J.D. and LLM in Banking and Financial Law from Boston University School of Law. When not at the office, Jameel enjoys international travel and spending time with her family and friends. Jameel is an avid baker, and in her spare time she loves to binge watch baking competitions.

Photo of Sean GrammelSean is a seasoned litigator with experience on a broad range of matters, including contract disputes, insurance coverage, unfair competition, and product liability. Prior to joining Anderson & Kreiger, Sean practiced at Mintz and at his own law firm. Sean received his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School. He enjoys trying out new recipes in the kitchen (especially bread), browsing the library for interesting nonfiction, and blowing off steam at his local CrossFit gym.

Photo of Kristen GagalisKristen is a 2021 graduate from the University of Chicago Law School and was a Summer Associate at Anderson & Kreiger in 2020. Prior to joining Anderson & Kreiger, she researched government ethics, campaign finance reform, and first amendment rights for incarcerated people at a law and public policy organization in Chicago, and she spent 6 years teaching in Miami and Houston. In her free time, Kristen enjoys walking her dog Riggins and playing on any sports team that will have her. Kristen is also a voracious reader.

Photo of Martell JohnsonMartell is 2021 graduate from the University of Kentucky Law School and was a Summer Associate at Anderson & Kreiger in 2020. Martell was a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Chief Justice Denise Clayton of the Kentucky Court of Appeals and he was a member of the Kentucky Law Journal’s diversity and inclusion committee. Martell also holds a Masters in Community Leadership and Development from the University of Kentucky. Outside of the office, Martell likes traveling to the beach, spending time outdoors, and trying new restaurants.
