Overview

Sean is a seasoned litigator who counsels clients facing complex disputes or regulatory issues.  He has significant courtroom experience, which he uses to develop and execute on an efficient game plan for his clients.

Sean focuses his practice on representing public sector clients, including municipalities, government agencies, and airports.  This work spans counseling clients on compliance, conducting sensitive internal investigations, and representing them in court at the trial and appellate levels.  In addition to his work for public sector clients, Sean has significant experience with private sector companies, including cases involving contract disputes, insurance coverage, and unfair competition.

Before joining Anderson & Kreiger, Sean worked in the Boston office of a large international law firm.  He also worked for years as a public defender in the children’s welfare system, where he represented parents and children at both the trial and appellate levels.  Sean continues this work pro bono.

BEYOND THE OFFICE

Sean lives in Mansfield, where he enjoys trying out new recipes in the kitchen (especially bread), browsing the library for interesting nonfiction, and blowing off steam at his local CrossFit gym.
