Our Team
Anderson & Kreiger’s insurance lawyers are known as proactive and tenacious problem solvers. Our insurance team is led by two bright and deeply informed partners, Steven Schreckinger and Tamara Wolfson. Representing hedge funds, healthcare organizations and other large companies, Steve is known for his ability to secure insurance coverage in the most difficult scenarios. He has proven achievement establishing new rights for clients in precedent-setting insurance cases, including the leading case in Massachusetts on coverage for defamation and the right to coverage for indoor pollution and “sick building” claims in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit. Tamara is equally impressive and widely recognized for her sharp analytical skills, sophisticated understanding of the insurance industry, and accomplishments in complex litigation. The firm’s broader insurance team collectively handles multitudes of insurance matters and its lawyers are often found at the forefront of emerging insurance conundrums such as comprehensive losses related to first-party coverage, cyber risk, COVID-19 and the continually evolving exposures for directors and officers, among others.
